Cullinan Du Borget B is a Selle Français stallion born in 2012, bred by Doreen Espeel and standing at Hengststation Bachl in Germany. He is a son of Diamant de Semilly, with Quick Star as his damsire and Laudanum xx in the third generation. Diamant de Semilly won team gold for France at the 2002 World Equestrian Games in Jerez and silver at the 2003 European Championships, and consistently ranks among the top three sires in the WBFSH world rankings for show jumping. Damsire Quick Star, with Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, delivered Grand Prix victories around the world. Laudanum xx in the third generation is considered one of the most influential thoroughbreds in French warmblood breeding; he competed internationally in show jumping with Pierre Durand and was an Olympic participant, Nations Cup winner, and winner of power competitions. The dam line traces to Thoroughbred family 32, highly regarded in French performance breeding. The stallion has three licensed sons. At the South German licensing in Munich, Cullinan Du Borget B received a score of 10, and in the stallion sport test he secured the day's highest score of 9.0 for rideability. At the age of seven, he completed a successful series in international youngster tours up to 5-star level. He was awarded the Diamond Prize at the South German licensing for his sporting achievements. His dam, Ombre de Toscane, received the highest possible breeding score of 10/10 for the best dam lines in France and has produced two licensed sons, Tschouk de Toscane and Songe de Toscane, under Denis Lynch. Cullinan du Borget B is known for his high fertility rate even in difficult cases.
