Burggraaf (Landgraf I x Cor de la Bryere) is a preferent stallion born in 1983, bay and standing 175 cm. He is approved in Holstein, Selle Français, KWPN, SI, Rhein and SWB. Burggraaf is a product of the Holstein success formula Landgraf I x Cor de la Bryere. Top sire Landgraf I has produced 125 approved stallions and more than 70 state premium mares. He has lifetime winnings of more than 6 million German marks. This fortune was accumulated among others by his offspring Libero H, Taggi, Freestyle, Lucky Luke, Landmann, Lacros and Everst Major Wager. Dam's sire is the famous sport horse supplier Cor de la Bryere. Burggraaf's dam Loanda comes from the well-known Holstein line (stamm: 7126) of Acord I, Acord II, Acobat I through III, Arico, Fra Diavolo, Chicago and Freeman. Burggraaf himself jumped internationally under Roelof Bril. Burggraaf jumped the 2.10 meter wall at Indoor Brabant in 1991. In 1993 he became reserve champion in the 1.40 class for breeding stallions. Burggraaf enjoys international recognition through among others the World Cup winners Burggravin, Millennium, Now or Never and Kuno, the Grand Prix horses Obelisk and Power Point, and many other offspring. Worldwide, Burggraaf has more than 30 approved sons, including the emerging talent Manhattan. Burggraaf also produced the (reserve) champions of VSN, IAN finals, Lanaken and stallion competitions. This led to Burggraaf being declared preferent at a relatively very young age. Burggraaf produces horses with very good movements and characters. It is therefore not surprising that Burggraaf also has a large number of offspring in dressage such as the Grand Prix dressage horses Florijn and Louisville and as grandsire of the dressage horse of the year Kingston (Voltaire x Burggraaf). Besides as a sport horse sire, Burggraaf also comes out very well at mare inspections as supplier of very many star and premium mares. Several champions are to his credit, which underlines his ability to breed beautiful horses with excellent movements. Burggraaf has a very high jumping index of 152 points. Only frozen semen is available from Burggraaf.
