About Touchdown

Touchdown has, in recent years, been one of the best dressage horses in the world. He is the 2024 World Cup Final winner, placed 11th in the final at the European Championships in 2023, and 7th in the final at the World Championships in 2022. As a young horse, he was placed at the Young Horse World Championships and was also the highest-scoring 3–5-year-old stallion across all 70-day tests in Germany in 2015. Touchdown comes from an outstanding dam line—his dam, La’ Mour, also produced Tabasco, an approved stallion who placed 5th in the final at the Young Horse World Championships and later won medals at the Swedish and European Championships for young riders. She also produced La Prii, who was placed at the Young Horse World Championships and medaled at the Nordic Championships for young riders. Touchdown’s offspring are of very high quality, often highly evaluated as young horses, and show great potential for the higher levels. He reliably passes on excellent gaits and his cool, willing-to-work temperament.
