Sandro Hit is a black Oldenburg stallion born in 1993, bred by Gabriele Harder-Brune in Bramsche, Germany. He is World and German Champion, leads the WBFSH ranking of the world's best dressage sires, and has ranked in the top ten for ten consecutive years. He is considered the founding stallion and line founder of Paul Schockemoehle's stud. Among his most notable offspring are five Olympic participants in Tokyo 2021: Showtime FRH with Dorothee Schneider, team gold medallist in both Tokyo and Rio, Salvino with Adrienne Lyle, team silver in Tokyo, and Sir Donnerhall II OLD with Morgan Barbançon. A daughter of Sandro Hit produced Olympic gold medallist and fourfold European Champion Weihegold OLD with Isabell Werth. Dressage World Champion and double German Champion Poetin was auctioned for a record 2.5 million euros at the P.S.I. Auction. Sandro Hit has produced a record-breaking total of over 190 licensed sons in Germany alone, including Sir Donnerhall I, Vice World Champion and German Champion, and has produced eleven German Champions in total. The combined prize money of his German-registered offspring exceeds 1.65 million euros. His sire Sandro Song was champion at his licensing in 1990.
