About Dante Weltino OLD

In 2014, Dante Weltino was named “Horse of the Year” in Oldenburg. Over the past several years, he has been one of the most talked-about stallions in Europe — both due to his own outstanding sport results with Sweden’s Therese Nilshagen in the saddle, and because he has proven himself to be an exceptional sire. In 2024, he topped the BLUP index in Sweden, and he is now once again available via fresh semen. In 2013, Dante Weltino’s first offspring were presented to the stallion licensing committee in Oldenburg. No fewer than three sons were selected, with DLZ Lodbergen’s Del Ponte being approved and awarded Premium Stallion status. In Mecklenburg, the son Dantes Dancer was also approved — likewise from Dante Weltino’s very first crop. Several foals by Dante Weltino have been selected and sold at elite auctions across Europe, including Dark Diamond, who sold for €20,000 at the Vechta Elite Auction. In Sweden, Dante Weltino has produced multiple approved sons as well as offspring competing successfully at the highest levels of sport.
