About Blue Hors St. Schufro

BH St. Schufro made a very strong Grand Prix debut, winning with 74.80%. He is the sire of several approved stallions in Germany and has produced the winner of the Danish Six-Year-Old Championship as well as the winner of the Swedish Three-Year-Old Championship. In addition, a number of his offspring have been sold for top prices at German auctions. Blue Hors St. Schufro was awarded premium stallion status in Verden in 2013 and was subsequently one of the most sought-after stallions at the auction. The following year, he won his 35-day performance test for Danish Warmblood with a total score of 864.5 points. His canter received a score of 9.0, and both judges and test riders awarded him 9.0 for rideability. As a four-year-old, BH St. Schufro won the stallion classes at the Herning Championships in 2015. He also won his qualification rounds for the Danish Young Horse Championships as a four-, five- and six-year-old. With his new rider, Nanna Merrald, he achieved scores of over 80% at Medium level. The pair continued with great success in the Small Tour and later made their Grand Prix debut, scoring 74.8%. One of his approved sons was sold at the Verden auction for €400,000. BH St. Schufro has several licensed sons in Germany, and in Sweden the approved stallion Saint Louis 1412 represents him. His daughter Sweetnes was selected for the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses and reached the top final at the Danish Young Horse Championships. His first foal crops show very high quality, with numerous foals receiving high scores in both Denmark and Sweden. His sire, St. Moritz Junior, was also awarded premium stallion status in Verden. He completed an excellent 35-day performance test in Neustadt/Dosse and qualified for the Bundeschampionat. The dam, Wie Princess, is also the dam of the stallion Finest, who was named premium stallion in Verden in 2013. The maternal grandsire, Blue Hors Don Schufro, needs little introduction and is widely regarded as an exceptional producer of movement. In the third generation appears Atatuerk, who has produced successful sport horses in both dressage and show jumping. From BH St. Schufro’s dam line come several premium breeding stallions, including Aderlass, champion stallion in Hanover, as well as sport horses such as Lindberg and Campbel Czech.
