Second place in the final and second place overall. Our stallion Oslo was one of the most eye-catching combinations at the World Championship for 5-year-old show jumpers in Zangersheide, ridden by Jarno van Erp. The competition began on Thursday with no fewer than 232 starters, and together they produced a clear round. On Day 2, Friday, September 20th, they once again jumped clear, showing impressive scope, power, and presence. Out of the 232 combinations, only those with two clear rounds advanced to the final — a total of 54 combinations. Sunday’s final proved to be highly technical for these young horses, and only 14 finalists managed to finish without faults — among them our top horse Oslo. They were first to go in the jump-off and had to take risks to set a fast time, which unfortunately resulted in a rail down. Despite this, Oslo, under Jarno van Erp, finished as the best KWPN stallion in the field and left a very strong impression throughout the entire event.
