About Sudooro (SWB)

Sudooro is a Swedish Warmblood stallion born in 2019, bred and owned by Per Grönkvist and Johan Svensson, and is the first SWB-approved stallion by Suarez. He is stationed at Gränsbo Stuteri in Ängelholm. His sire Suarez is a son of Sezuan out of a particularly strong dam line, where his dam Damandala is a full sister to Desperada, dam of world star Glock's Toto Jr and the approved stallion Valverdos. Suarez competed at the World Young Horse Championships in 2021 and opened the 2024 season with a win in Prix St. Georges in Wellington, Florida. From his first crop, in addition to Sudooro, he produced St. Emilion, premium stallion in Oldenburg 2021, who sold for €500,000 to Klosterhof Medingen. His dam Delta is by Deodoro, a winner at international Grand Prix level whose dam line has produced three approved stallions, three horses competing at international Grand Prix, and the approved stallions Rotspon and So Perfect. Granddam Mercedes holds elite premium status and is dam of the approved stallion Sundown, who competed at the World Young Horse Championships in 2025, and a half-sister to Brooklyn, who competed at the Scandinavian Open in Falsterbo as both a five- and six-year-old. At the SWB performance test in 2023, Sudooro placed second among all four- and five-year-old dressage stallions, scoring 41 points for conformation with a 9 for type. Under rider he received 8.5 for walk and canter and 8.0 for trot, with rideability scores of 9.0 from Philipp Hess and 8.5 from Theo Hanzon. As a four-year-old he qualified for the Falsterbo Horse Show four-year-old championship with 86.6%. In 2024 he reached 85.6% in the FEI's preliminary class for five-year-olds and reached the finals at both Falsterbo Horse Show and Breeder's Trophy, a level he maintained with another Breeder's Trophy final appearance in 2025.
