About Quite Capitol

Quite Capitol is a 1999 gray Holsteiner stallion, standing 1.66m, by Quidam de Revel out of U-Capitola, full sister to the influential stallions Capitol I and Latus I. Bred by Harm Thormaehlen. His sire Quidam de Revel was a leading performer for the French team and became a true chef de race of the Selle Français breed, with offspring including World Team Champion Dollar Dela Pierre and Olympic Team Champion Rahotep de Toscane. Through his dam's Holstein damline n°173, Quite Capitol also carries the strength and locomotion of the famous Capitol I sire line. He himself finished second in the Holsteiner two-year-old evaluation, placed among the finalists of the German Young Horse Championship at 5 and 6, and went on to compete regularly at CSI3* and 1.45-1.50m level under Ulrich Kirchhoff. Quite Capitol has proven an exceptionally prolific sire, with offspring succeeding across show jumping and eventing worldwide, including approved stallion and CSI5* performer Quite Zero, CSIO5* performer Quite Balou, and eventing performers Quantum Leap and CP Qualified, winner at Adelaide.
