About Limbothello B

Limbothello B is a Holsteiner stallion born in 2011, bred by Guiseppe Grimaldi and standing at Hengststation Bachl. He is a son of Limbus (by Landgraf I), with Cassini II as his damsire, and represents Holstein line 2966. Limbus produced a large number of top show jumpers at 1.40–1.70m level, including Limbridge, Legioner, and Lenitas. Damsire Cassini II has offspring earnings of €1.35 million, with 196 offspring successful at advanced (S) level and 43 licensed sons. In the fourth generation stands Landgraf I, the most successful sport horse sire of his generation. Holstein line 2966 has produced the licensed stallions Con Air (Holst. Verb., internationally successful in show jumping with Lars-Bak Andersen/DK), Exposé (Ldb. Neustadt/D.), and Liberace (PB SWE, successful in advanced (S) level show jumping with Erstelle Rytterborg/SWE), as well as the internationally successful eventing horse Stromer 4 with Horst Karsten. Limbothello B was a premium stallion in Holstein, received a jumping ability score of 9.5 in his 70-day test, and has numerous victories in young horse competitions and successes up to advanced level. After great success with Emma in the international Children's Tour at many venues across Europe, he is now competing with Carla Bachl. The pair won the first qualifying competition at the German Youth Championships in Munich and secured the bronze medal at the Bavarian Children's Championships at the same venue.
