De Noir

De Noir is a warmblood stallion born in 2000 in Germany, standing 167 cm. He was licensed in Hannover in 2002 and named elite stallion in Danish Warmblood in 2003. Immediately after, De Noir completed an outstanding 30-day test where he became discipline winner in dressage and overall winner with 914.7 points in rideability. At the 70-day test in 2003, he won again in dressage with 885 points. De Noir completely dominated foal shows by occupying a large portion of places at elite shows from 2004-2011. He became the sire of Klostergaardens Miabella who was foal of the year 2004, best mare in Finland 2005, and received a gold medal in Danish Warmblood in 2007. In 2005, he was also sire of foal of the year in the Hanoverian association. The dream year 2007 gave him a licensed son from his first crop and no less than 20 offspring selected for the Danish Warmblood elite show, where he sired 40% of all three-year-old mares who all received medals. In 2008, De Noir was named elite stallion as the youngest stallion ever. At the young horse championship in 2009, 30% of places were filled by De Noir offspring, and the same year he achieved his first placings at Grand Prix level. His daughter Holballes Deeba was awarded a gold medal in 2010, and Vivelstads Renoir was his first offspring at the World Championships in Verden in 2011. Gold medal mare Lehmanns Lilo placed fifth in the final at the World Championships in Verden in 2014. De Noir topped the Swedish breeding index in 2016 with 178 points. De Noir is by De Niro and now competes internationally under Lauren Asher. The stallion is tested free from OCD and WFFS.
