About Fair Deal OLD

Fair Deal is an Oldenburg stallion born in 2018, bred by Gestüt Lewitz in Mühlen, Germany. He is a son of Franklin, KWPN Champion Stallion and finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses, successful in international Small Tour competitions and named elite stallion in Denmark in 2021. Among Franklin's offspring are Francis Drake OLD, placed eighth at the World Championships for young dressage horses, and Fendi with Sönke Rothenberger, placed in St. Georges competitions. Fair Deal's dam Fairytale PS is a full sister of Ib main premium winner Fürst Toto and half-sister of the stallion Donier. His dam's sire Fürstenball OLD won his stallion performance test with a dressage index of 154.98, became German Champion and placed at the World Championships for Young Horses, and has produced over 90 licensed stallions including five German Champions. Among Fürstenball OLD's offspring is Heilines Danciera, who placed fourth by team and seventh individually at the Olympic Games. His great-grand-sire Totilas won double gold at the European Championships in Windsor in 2009 and triple gold at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington in 2010, set new Grand Prix records on multiple occasions, and produced almost 30 licensed stallions. Fair Deal won the Moritzburg Riding Horse Championships with Linda Casper, scoring 9.0 for canter, 8.5 for trot, rideability and conformation, and 8.0 for walk. He subsequently took the bronze medal at the Oldenburg Regional Championships for three-year-old stallions in Rastede. In his stallion performance test in Schlieckau he received 9.0 for trot and canter and 9.25 from the test rider for rideability, with a final dressage score of 8.52. Among his offspring is First Impression, sold for 33,500 euros at the dressage foal auction in Riesenbeck in 2023.
