About Dexter de Kerglenn

Dexter de Kerglenn is a 2013 bay Selle Français stallion by Mylord Carthago out of Shana de Kerglenn, by Diamant de Semilly. He was bred in France and stands 165 cm. With Jeanne Sadran he has come all the way from the young horse classes to 1.60m. As a young-rider pair they jumped the European Championships and finished runner-up at the French young rider championship in Mâcon. In 2023 they were part of the French team that won the Nations Cup in Deauville. In June 2024 they won the CSI5* Grand Prix of Paris (Longines Global Champions Tour) as the only double clear. In 2025 they took Le Saut Hermès 1.55m in Paris, again the only pair clear over both rounds, and he has jumped double clear for France in the Nations Cup in Brussels. His damline has produced several international horses. His dam Shana de Kerglenn competed internationally herself, as did his granddam Jumpy de Kreisker.
