About Dein Erbe

Dein Erbe is a Trakehner stallion born in 2019, bred by Philipp von Schöning and standing at Hengststation Bachl in Germany. He is a son of Hirtentanz (by Axis TSF), with Singolo as his damsire, tracing to one of the most valuable mare dynasties in the Trakehner population. His sire Hirtentanz gave new life to the sporty paternal line of Sixtus-Habicht and crowned his glittering sports career with more than 120 wins and placements in advanced level classes — including 46 at FEI level — before emigrating to the USA in 2020. To date, 152 of his offspring have been successful in all disciplines up to and including advanced level. The maternal line has its roots in the main stud of Trakehnen and the legendary Weil-Marbach thoroughbred Arabian breed, tracing back to Jasir ox, Cancara, Pregel, and Burnus AAH. His dam, the premium mare Dämmerung, daughter of the elite stallion Singolo, is a sister of the licensing winner Donauruf (successful at Grand Prix level), the FEI dressage stallion and reserve champion Dürrenmatt, and the top mare Dolce Luciana, today in the breed of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The third dam Domina is the dam of four stallions, including Dernier Cri (ex Donaukönig), dressage champion of Schleswig-Holstein. At the Trakehner Hengstmarkt 2021, Dein Erbe was named reserve champion and was attested to have double qualities in the best sense with great sporting talents at a high level, elastic basic gaits, and motivated and capable free jumping — a very special athletic combination that does justice to his ancestry and makes him a hopeful top performer for the future.
